How much does the registration for the ALZIC 2022 conference cost?
There are a variety of tickets available. You can find the rate best suited to you from the options on the registration page.
What if I registered to attend in-person but now want to attend virtually?
We can convert your registration into a virtual only ticket, but please note that there will be no refunds of the difference in price to help cover the administration involved and in-person costs already incurred.
What if I want to cancel my registration?
What if I registered to attend virtually but now want to attend in-person?
We can convert your registration into an in-person ticket on-site. You will be asked to pay the difference in cost before being issued your new ticket. The registration rate applied will be that which is available at the time of changing.
What COVID-19 measures will be in place onsite?
ALZI will at minimum follow the Indonesian government’s COVID-19 requirements at the time of the conference. You will need to follow the rules and guidance from relevant authorities and ALZI in relation to COVID-19. Requirements may include a vaccination certificate, a negative COVID test, wearing of face masks or social distancing. If there are any specific measures in place, we will let you know as soon as we can.
What if I experience symptoms or have COVID-19 when onsite?
If you experience symptoms of, or test positive for COVID-19 in the few days immediately prior to or during the conference then you must follow the rules and guidance given by the authorities and the organizers at the given time.
